Licensed Psychologist

As a Licensed Psychologist, you would supervise and/or provide professional psychological services. Clinical supervision and development of intensive treatment program for the new initiative, CATH ICF, which involves the transition of the NYS community aging out who often had be placed outside the NYS for their treatment This will begin as 6-person residence with 1 respite bed. The licensed psychologist will assist in the development of specialized staff training to effectively plan for and handle behavioral difficulties/crises. He/She/They will ensure that the functional assessments, behavioral interventions and behavior support plans are assigned with regulations and policies and that are clinically sound. In addition to assessment and treatment, your duties may include:
o Clinical leadership meetings. o Provide trainings and agency committees. o He/She/They will conduct cognitive, adaptive, capacity, suicidal/homicidal risk assessments, DNI/DNR/MOLST, evaluations, and all tasks that require a NYS psychologist. o Ensure proper implementation and use of Electronic Health Records, consults on clinically challenging cases which may include working with private agencies, Family Care and State Operations Residences/Day Habilitation. o Manage the caseload of the CATH and/or homes that require his /her/their expertise.

Salary Range:
From $134137 to $134137 Annually
Minimum Qualification
Candidates must be licensed and currently registered by New York State as a Licensed Psychologist.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
