Responsibilities:
- Taking phone calls and taking messages.
- Handling and responding to emails, managing the inbox, sending follow-ups, and sorting messages.
- Maintaining and organizing files, records, and documents.
- Conducting research on various topics as requested.
- Inputting and updating information in tenant files, Excel, and QuickBooks.
- Drafting, editing, and proofreading letters and other documents.
- Coordinating travel arrangements from time to time.
- Posting advertisements for vacant spaces.
Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks - Knowledge of file formatting & reformatting (PDF, JPEG, etc.
) - Knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
