BASKETBALL TEACHER.
Part-Time Hiring NOW ! Can you teach children how to play basketball? If you love kids and the game of basketball, this could be your job.
First Shot Basketball School has been teaching children how to play the game since 1997.
Students range in age from 3-15.
This is a hands-on job where our teachers teach, play games with the students and work on basic skills like pass, dribble, shoot, etc.
We don't have teams and winning is not a priority.
Your love of children and an outgoing personality is more important than your basketball skills.
You must know how to engage kids at their level, make it fun and show them how capable they are.
If you do not have experience, you will not be considered.
Classes are held in different Queens locations on weekends from 9:
00AM to 3:
30PM.
Additional Friday 1 hour afternoon class.
We are interviewing now for 2 high-energy teachers who can work Saturdays and/or Sundays - Special opportunity for a one hour Friday afternoon class.

Qualifications:
1.
Great love and patience for children 2.
Extremely reliable and responsible 3.
Experience with young children 4.
Good Basketball Skills and ability to teach them 5.
Good sense of humor & contagious smile You must live in the Queens area.
It would also help to have a vehicle at your disposal since public transportation is difficult to some locations.
Salary commensurate with your experience and abilities.
