Sales Manager


Our Client, a leading distributor of American-made electrical?and industrial products, is seeking a Sales Manager to join their fast growing organization. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the sales department and producing and increasing revenue for the company.


Job Responsibilities


? Determine and implement sales strategy


? Develop a comprehensive sales plan for the assigned region focusing on achievement of region sales objectives


? Manage, coach and mentor a team of inside and outside sales agents while working with your colleagues to drive profitability for the brand


? Provide training to sales group and end users on the value of your products


? Provide sales and technical coaching to ensure that sales agents have requisite skills to achieve sales goals


? Manage the region?s budget and assist in determining ideal sales territory size to achieve maximum profitability and sales


? Coordinate the use of internal resources to develop key business opportunities


? Manage the region?s sales agents including the on-boarding of new agents to insure immediate success


Experience


? 8+ years of experience within the manufacturing industry or distribution industry and prior experience as a Regional/District Sales Manager




Skills


? Demonstrated strong leadership, relationship-building, and relationship management skills


? Outstanding oral, written and verbal communication/presentation skills


? Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software is required, specifically: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


? High level of comfort in communicating with every level of an organization from top level executives to field personnel


? Strong business acumen and negotiation skills


? Financially competent with respect to managing the sale?s budget and analysis of teams performance



Education


? BS or equivalent

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
