The Assistant Director ATC serves as 2nd in charge of the facility and is responsible for assisting the Director in planning and managing facility resources (including:
budget, spending plans, and capital and minor rehabilitation projects), day-to-day activities and services (includes liaison with host psychiatric center and community providers, personnel and quality management), clinical services and other duties as assigned.

Salary Range:
From $83794 to $105119 Annually
Minimum Qualification
Candidates must be reachable on the current Civil Service Eligible List - OR - be eligible for transfer. Candidates must be eligible and maintain eligibility for full and unconditional participation in the Medicaid/Medicare programs. Failure to maintain licensure, certification and Medicaid/Medicare eligibility will result in termination of employment. Candidates must also be designated as a Qualified Health Professional (QHP) as defined in New York Codes, Rules and Regulations No. 14, Chapter XXI Part 800.3(l).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
